  1. Congrats on your success! ?. I made my first million trading stocks a newbie. So I’m there & it takes a hefty portfolio to generate these passive dividend. Thanks to my broker who helps me trade. A 6 Figure dividend portfolio is amazing too ?

  2. I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

  3. I came here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $960,000 in 4 months from $160k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.

  4. I have been watching your videos for a while and you share really great information!!! All the memes and other “stuff” isn’t needed I find them entertaining as they are without all the fluff!!!

  5. My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless, I remain grateful to my humble advisor Rita Wildrin Mora.

  6. I have a question what’s your opinion on this strategy
Investing into high yield(by high I mean at-least 9% at the highest)stocks and etf’s pouring cash into it reinvesting my dividends and then after building a portfolio and a consistent income switching over to low yield growth stocks and dropping all the high yields.

  8. Great video, always love to jump into other investors' portfolios and see what is under the hood. Not to mention, this year with these insane market conditions make for a heck of a year for a DGI investor.. Hopefully your property comes along as well, brother, fingers crossed to get that cash cow readied up for renters..

  9. Does webull charge? Also I'm with commsec , do I have to have to input each share individually or through commsec account? Thanks

  10. Seeing the quality of your videos go up! You make it entertaining yet informative. Does not go unnoticed brother good job?

  11. Apparently moomoo has free stocks, does anyone know if they are a good broker or not? Is there a site that can tell me what the next possible ex-dividend date will be for say O or any other stock? Maybe Feb 25? Feb 28?

Dividends are taxed better than wages, or royaltieis or interest (well maybe not muni's or TIPS). Keep up the good work.

  12. The economic hardship, recession, unemployment and the loss of job caused by covid pandemic is enough to push people into financial ventures. I'm taking a trip into investing because I lost so much during this pandemic. Multi creation of wealth is the best strategy to ensure financial sustainability,..
