  1. Click bait. Do high risk naked options and you can make 1k a day. Then you can use that 1k to buy another shirt when you lose yours trading this way:P

  2. I day trade (sell) straddles, the way most do stocks. If I think the move will be up, I sell the straddle higher, so I make money as it moves into the strike zone. If I think it's going lower, I sell the straddle lower. I am in most trades an hour or two.

  3. Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "option trade types" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Winoorfa Option Olegroson – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my partner got cool results with it.

  4. It all comes up to risk management. By selling vertical spreads you even can divide it into smaller fractions of uncorrelated positions. So you don't panic so easily. And the ratio of profit to margin capital ist similar. Happy trading!

  5. SELLING PREMIUM IS ALL ABOUT PROBABILITY,THE HIGHER THE DELTA THE BETTER YOUR OUTCOME WILL BE ………………

  6. why sell premium during earnings?,not so good of a play………you only want to sell puts ,when stocks will not increase substantially and it remains below price that's a BEAR CALL SPREAD…..for a BULL PUT SPREAD,you do not want the stock to fall significantly and it should remain above price……..DO NOT SELL PREMIUM DURING EARNINGS WHY? WOULD YOU…………TRUST ME ,MY WHOLE CAREER WAS SELLING PUTS.

  7. You can do better trading on Nadex Binary Options. There is LIMITED RISK ON NADEX. You trade only what you can afford to lose..

  8. Shouldn't you start off selling only Calls as if you have too, picking up a winning stock is not so bad as a losing stock. And in the current Volitility you never know when a large down move might occur. And secondly, perhaps selling covered calls or selling one then buying one further out of the money is best when starting. Trade with as little risk as possible to start. Trade like you never want to lose your capital.. never trade with the idea to make it rich. Trade like you dont want to lose!

  9. There are ways to play this game without so much risk (but with weaker returns), like put/call spreads or iron condors etc. Safer and require much less collateral. Probably the better way to play for beginners.

You really have to know what you are doing if you are selling naked calls and puts- something I’ve never done.
